Shipping and Returns

Shipping: in-stock pieces ship 48 hours from order confirmation; back order pieces ship 3-4 weeks from order confirmation; custom orders are on a case-by-case basis; custom orders will be confirmed via email as to specifications and delivery dates. All shipments are via UPS Ground.

Delivery: signature is required on delivery

Return Policy – GoldenGait specializes in unique, hand-made jewelry. Every effort is made to provide excellent quality for every piece of jewelry we sell. Occasionally we need to make substitutions for beads and stones in designs that may no longer be available to us. Pieces shown on the website as “in stock” are as shown. “Back orders” may require substitutions, depending on volume.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, returns or exchanges are accepted for in stock or back order items available for purchase. A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from purchase price; shipping is non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. Custom orders are not returnable.

Custom orders will be confirmed via email; orders may require a non-refundable deposit

Sale items are final sale.

Make any damaged freight claims immediately upon receipt. Returned damaged merchandise must be in original condition and packaging, must include all materials in original shipment, and must be received within 7 days of notification.
